National Seminar on “Inspirational Teaching to Groom Generation Next Entrepreneurs of our Nation”

Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Management and IT, Nanak Piao, one of the premier institute of DSGMC, affiliated to GGSIPU, is running undergraduate courses of BBA(G), BBA(B&I) and BCA. The Institute organized the National Seminar on “Inspirational Teaching to Groom Generation Next Entrepreneurs of our Nation” on July 23, 2019. The event was a great success because of the continuous support and encouragement from S. M.P.S Chadha Ji, Chairman, SGTBIMIT and S. Jasbir Singh Jassi Ji, Co-Chairman, SGTBIMIT. The Key note Speaker, Prof. (Dr.) H.P. Mathur, enlightened the youth to a new world of digital innovation and projection of talents for promoting entrepreneurship. Dr. Himendu P. Mathur, presently, Allahabad Bank Chair Professor at FMS, BHU, is B. Tech. in Electrical Engg. from I.T., BHU, Master of Management Studies (Gold Medalist) and Ph.D. from Faculty of Management Studies (BHU), CAIIB from IIBF and Diploma in German. Presently Dr. Mathur is the Coordinator of BHU Placement Coordination Cell, Convener, HRD Cell, BHU; Dy. Coordinator International Student Affair's Collaboration and Coordinator, MBA Agribusiness Program. He educated participants on the need to start their own small businesses, and also make their products and services the preferable ones as the economic market has become more competitive in recent times. Sdn. Dilbir Kaur, Sr. Vice President, Istri Akali Dal and Sdn. Surbir Kaur, Sr. Vice President, Istri Akali Dal graced the Seminar as Guest of Honour. Hon’ble S. Sudeep Singh Ji, Media Advisor, DSGMC, glorified the event as Special Guest and Ms. Rachna from Janhit News Channel was also present as eminent guest. Prof. (Dr.) Navneet Kaur felicitated the guests and motivated the gathering to develop entrepreneurial skills and become responsible and enterprising individuals. The students were enlightened about the necessary entrepreneurial skills and the new dynamic industry trends.
