Blood Donation Camp on 27th July 2022

On Wednesday 27th July 2022, a Blood Donation camp was organised by Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Management and Technology in Gurdwara Nanak Piao Sahib from 10am to 2pm. Many students and teachers of different blood groups were present to donate blood. The camp was held with the help of Globally Integrated Foundation for Thalassaemia (GIFT). They helped the Thalassaemia patients by donating their blood and thereby contributing to society as a whole.

The faculty members and our NSS volunteers participated enthusiastically and helped the Gift

blood donation camp by donating their blood happily and felt proud of such kind of good deed by helping the needy. Furthermore, outsiders were also invited for this purpose. All were happy that they got the opportunity to participate in this act. The goal of the program was to save the lives of Thalassaemia patients. Refreshments were arranged for all the volunteers so that they may not feel fatigued after donating blood.
