SGTBIMIT organized a Pool placement Drive with MY WAYS. MY WAYS was pleased to conduct the Placement Drive for students graduating in 2023 The team of My Ways was felicitated by our Honorable Chairman S. MPS Chadha ji and Respectable Director Prof. (Dr.) Navneet Kaur. The event was coordinated by our respectable Training and Placement Officer, Ms. Swati Gupta. Maximum number of students took part in the POOL PLACEMENT DRIVE. MY WAYS is an AI based Job-Tech Platform establishing customized hiring and training ecosystem for the corporatesMyWays is a B2B Job-Tech venture, backed by CIIE.O IIM Ahmedabad and Wami Capital. We are an AI platform providing a customized end-to-end, Zero Effort hiring, and training ecosystem for corporates. We help onboard and train entry-level techies tailored to the needs of the employers such that the fresh candidates are ready to assume their newroles as "Experienced Freshers" as quickly as possible, leading to lowering efforts and costs and increasing retention. The team MY WAYS started the Pre Placement Talk Session with the Introduction about the company and it's Motto. As session progressed the students were made aware about the placement benefits. The team of MY WAYS conducted the Aptitude Test after the Pre Placement Talk Session for the students which was followed by the Coding Challenge. At the end the speaker took the initiative to ease the queries of the students.
