Keeping the spirit of Yoga alive all across the world, SGTBIMIT organized two days Yoga Workshop for the students and staff on November 25, 2022. Expert yoga trainer, Mr. Shekhar Gupta educated the students and staff on the importance of Yoga. He explained that yoga helps in maintaining not only physical and mental health but also a healthy social life. The students were taught various Aasanas starting with warming up and stretching exercises . Addressing the students on the occasion, Honourable, Director ma'am Prof. (Dr.) Navneet Kaur appealed to the students to include yoga in their daily routine for its wholesome and salubrious effects on the mind, body and soul. It was a very great and successful event!!
